2) الطلبات والتنفيذ

• يتم تنفيذ الطلبات وفق المواصفات المتفق عليها مع العميل.

• قد تختلف الأسعار بحسب المقاسات، نوع الخامات، التصميم، ومتطلبات التركيب.

• يحق للمؤسسة مراجعة تفاصيل الطلب وتأكيده قبل البدء في التنفيذ.

• يبدأ التنفيذ بعد اعتماد التفاصيل النهائية من العميل.

3) طرق الدفع

تتوفر طرق الدفع التالية:

• التحويل البنكي إلى حساب المؤسسة

• الدفع عبر مدى

4) الضمان

تقدم المؤسسة الضمانات التالية:

• ضمان على الصيانة لمدة 5 سنوات

• ضمان على الكلادينج لمدة 10 سنوات

ويشمل الضمان العيوب الناتجة عن التصنيع أو التنفيذ وفق شروط الضمان المتفق عليها، ولا يشمل سوء الاستخدام أو التلف الناتج عن عوامل خارجية أو تعديلات غير معتمدة.

5) الشحن والتركيب

• يتم تحديد مدة التنفيذ والتركيب بحسب نوع الطلب وحجمه.

• قد تختلف مدة التسليم وفقًا لتوفر المواد أو ظروف العمل أو موقع المشروع.

• سيتم إبلاغ العميل بأي مستجدات تؤثر على موعد التنفيذ أو التسليم.

6) الإلغاء والتعديل

• يمكن تعديل الطلب قبل بدء التصنيع فقط.

• بعد بدء التنفيذ، قد لا يكون الإلغاء أو التعديل ممكنًا إلا حسب مرحلة العمل.

• أي تعديل إضافي بعد اعتماد الطلب قد يترتب عليه تكلفة إضافية.

7) المسؤولية

• تلتزم المؤسسة بتقديم خدماتها بجودة عالية ووفق الأصول الفنية المتعارف عليها.

• لا تتحمل المؤسسة أي مسؤولية عن سوء الاستخدام أو الأضرار الناتجة عن العبث أو التعديل بعد التسليم دون الرجوع إلينا.

8) الاسترجاع

• المنتجات والخدمات المصنوعة حسب الطلب لا تكون قابلة للاسترجاع إلا في حال وجود خطأ مصنعي واضح أو عدم مطابقة للمواصفات المتفق عليها.

• تتم دراسة كل حالة بشكل منفصل وفقًا لظروفها.

9) التحديثات

يحق للمؤسسة تحديث أو تعديل هذه الشروط والأحكام في أي وقت، ويُعد استمرار استخدام الموقع أو الخدمات بعد التحديث موافقةً على النسخة المحدثة.
